Team Building Activities Outdoors

Corporate Training Oz specialises in outdoor, fun, interactive team building and experiential learning programs. These can be based in Noosa, Queensland or at a location of your choice. Our programs are designed to promote team spirit and a winning, participative culture.

When creating a team development program our corporate trainers and facilitators respond to your specific needs, objectives and budget. Our programs are unique, innovative, effective and enjoyable learning experiences, specifically tailored to match your organisation's vision.

Each program has one or more adventure components, team problem-solving activities, light-hearted games, personal development and therapeutic components. Your team will learn new models for effective workplace interactions, constructive workplace communication and conflict resolution.

A program or event can be designed to cater for 6 people or up to 300 people. Below is a list of some of Corporate Training Oz’s team building and team development programs.

 Treasure Hunts

Armed with a map, a mode of transport (kayak, bike, feet, car, public transport) and their first clue teams must decipher information to discover subsequent clues, items or information they need to collect, a list of     photos to take and places they must visit on the ultimate Treasure Hunt! After they have completed the team challenge each team will be asked to create and present its very own slide show for an all-team ‘show and tell’ session.
