An AHA moment is that moment when you become aware of something about yourself or others. It is like a light bulb going off, a realization.  You may understand yourself, others or a process at a deeper level and you make a connection.  You may implement a new learning and watch it unfold successfully.  You may intuit something from learning & an experience and dare to try something different. 

We all learn in different ways and story telling is one of the oldest forms of passing on knowledge.
