Each of our outdoor instructors is expert in his/her field, whether it be kayaking, white-water rafting, ropes adventure courses, abseiling, or rock climbing. Kym McGregor (Company Director)

She is a skilled Psychotherapist, Coach and Group Facilitator, having worked and taught her practical and transformational ideas across Australia and internationally. Kym holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Masters in Gestalt Therapy, and has trained as a life and corporate coach. She has also trained in Narrative Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Kym's broad skills, down-to-earth nature and inspiring personality make her popular as a trainer and facilitator. Her creative and practical ideas have helped small business and large corporate organisations improve staff engagement, workplace productivity, leadership ability, and workplace happiness. Vivienne Golding (Company Director)
Vivienne spent many years of her life as an elite athlete, Australian champion white-water, slalom paddler who competed in numerous world championships. She knows what it takes to be a champion and when you meet her you will realise she knows how to help you find your own champion self. In 1994 Vivienne was struck and run over by a truck whilst riding her bicycle, and she broke her pelvis in eight places. The medical team who took care of Vivienne were stunned that she survived the accident and suggested she may have difficulty walking. Almost ten years later, Vivienne not only totally challenged the views of the medical team, but she has also healed her injuries and now teaches others the process and strategies she used on her amazing healing journey. Vivienne is a strong advocate of the need to resolve emotional issues in order to heal your body and the power of setting goals to take control and move your life in the direction you desire it to go. Vivienne is a Life and Business Coach, Reflexologist and Feldenkrais Practitioner, and is a Co-Director of KanuKapers Australia and Kanu Korporate.
Helen Sheehy
Having worked as a registered Psychologist in a range of settings Helen has incredible clarity of the human experience on an individual level and within the workplace context. She has the ability to draw on an extensive range of therapeutic, educational, supervisory and coaching models to adapt the focus of her work to client needs. Helen has a natural talent to engage a diverse range of individuals in a group context as well as recognise and attend to different skills levels in the one group. A training experience with Helen leaves you feeling it was a worthwhile and enjoyable experience and one with great personal and professional benefits.
Helen has many years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, coach, therapist and consultant. She holds a Masters of Counselling, Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Heather Iuli
Heather has over ten years experience in Human Resources and Learning Development, covering the professional services, financial services, government and retail industries. Her interpersonal and facilitation skills are professional and achieve outstanding results for any business. Completing a Bachelor of Business degree in 1998, Heather went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Education and Training in 2003. Accredited with personality and change profiling tools of DiSC, MBTI and Spencer Johnson’s 'Who Moved My Cheese' programs, Heather is an asset to our team and provides outstanding services to our clients.
Jacque Biddulph

Jacque specializes in conducting talks and workshops that are inspirational and motivating, providing practical tools for organizations and individuals to use both personally and professionally. Jacque’s broad experience from large public sector organizations to small businesses has given her great insight into what really matters in success.
As a skilled business coach Jacque enjoys working with small to medium business owners in growing their businesses. Coaching programs include leadership and management, successful selling, customer service, personal success, business development and strategic planning. Jacque understands what it takes to have a successful business, having been a successful business owner in the fitness industry for over 15 years, and being instrumental in the development of the Fitness Industry Code of Practice. She was also President of the Business Council of Fitness Queensland and a Board Member of Fitness Queensland for over 4 years.
Jacque spent over 6 years working in the university sector as Head of the Offshore Program for the USQ. She has proven success in negotiating with key stakeholders in the Asian education market and in operating the highly successful distance learning program in countries including China, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
Jacque has always had a strong belief in maintaining health and wellness spending her early professional life in Queensland Health. She is also a seasoned and professional speaker, having spoken both nationally and internationally, and continues to work towards a life of leadership, joy and success for all of her clients.
Robyn Hargreaves
Robyn has 20 years experience as a senior manager, trainer and facilitator. She has successfully headed her own company, specializing in Corporate Training, Life and Executive Coaching and Facilitation.
Robyn has delivered a range of leadership courses for a number of high profile organisations such as Lanier Australia and CRS. For a number of years Robyn has been a key trainer for the Australian Institute of Management delivering public courses and corporate programs.
A respected and skilled facilitator, Robyn has regularly delivered leadership training to state and federal government departments such as Queensland Health, Premiers Department, Customs and Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service.
Participants in Robyn’s programs have been so impressed with her work, they have subsequently engaged her as an Executive and Leadership Coach.
She has consulted widely in communication, marketing and facilitation over the last 20 years to a range of companies including the media, professional sporting organisations and businesses in Queensland, such as:
Cannon, Southern Cross Care Qld, QUF Industries, Energex, Baskin Robbins, Golden Casket Qld, and ICTE with The University of Queensland.

Graham Hill
Graham is a highly skilled Facilitator, Leadership and Business Coach. His style is practical and result oriented, assisting clients and teams to achieve enhanced performance in their area of work or business. Graham brings a broad range of life and work experience to his training and coaching relationships. Following his career as an Electrical Engineer Graham gained a solid background in adult learning and development during eight years as Training Manager for a large national organisation. Graham has delivered training and coaching services across Australia and internationally. Graham’s intelligence, easy going nature and passion make him an inspiring and effective trainer and coach. Graham has completed a Master Coach Certification and is able to draw on validated behavioural change tools and processes in the provision of coaching services and experiential training programs. His common sense approach and broad understanding of organisational culture guide his efforts in partnering with our clients for successful learning and growth. Graham utilises solid methodology to improve organisational and business operations through enhanced team performance, implementing accountability for personal and organisational outcomes.
Qualifications
Graham is a Certified Master Coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute and a Suncorp Accredited Leadership Coach. He holds accreditations with DISC and Insight Inventory. He has a Master of Education (Adult Education and Training); a Bachelor of Engineering (1st Class honours); a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training; and a Certificate in Community Services. He is currently completing a Master of Business at QUT. Graham is also a Justice of the Peace.
Tiffany Hodgson
"From the small country town of Gunnedah, NSW, Tiffany discovered adventure activities in 1993 in the 'big town' of Newcastle, and has been involved in the adventure industry ever since. At Newcastle University she gained a Bachelor of Education (Art), and a Grad Certificate in Outdoor Education (UOW), and her Trainer and Assessor. She has over a decade of experience in facilitating groups, from early primary school, to community and corporate groups. Her experience is in high and low ropes, abseiling, canoeing, and wilderness expeditioning. Her loves are God, her family, and climbing and canyoning when she finds time. Tiffany is a mother of two gorgeous pre-schoolers and teaches the Diploma of Outdoor Recreation through Tafe.
Tiffany has coordinated and facilitated team building programs for a variety of corporate groups - her great passion is seeing people make positive life choices through the learnings they make about themselves and others during the programs she has run. These changes have led directly to better work environments, a greater ownership and an understanding of roles in the work environment, and increased productivity.
Laura McLachlan
Laura’s career background has been Sales and Marketing, having held Sales Management roles for one of the largest multi-national organisations in the world and later in smaller, family owned companies. In these roles Laura has successfully trained and inspired many employees to achieve their career goals and move on to great things. Since leaving the corporate world Laura has travelled parts of Australia and now enjoys a fantastic lifestyle in sunny Queensland. Laura’s passions are sport, the outdoors, nature and working with people.
Laura has represented Victoria in both netball and swimming and continues to be involved in team sports in Queensland. As a keen sports enthusiast, Laura has completed studies in Sports Training and Conditioning and Health and Nutrition. With her engaging smile, nurturing energy and eye for detail, Laura offers our clients a unique array of talents and care. Laura is passionate and inspiring in her work with people and their psychology, hence her chosen career path as a trainer and facilitator and outdoor instructor. Laura heads up our Marketing Division and has developed our Sales and Customer Service Training Programs. Laura is excited at the prospect of inspiring people to reach their potential and beyond.
Ian Cleary
After graduating from Forestry and Land Management, Ian felt compelled to work in evironmental education. His passion and natural gift for inspiring people about nature has taken him from the remote sandstone gorges of outback Australia to the sandstone halls of the University of Oxford. Ian has been an Environmental Motivator for over a decade – inspiring thousands of groups around Australia and overseas. He's a passionate communicator and teaches with a contagious enthusiasm.
Ian's determination to become an effective Environmental Motivator has seen him train with some of the leading environmental educators in the world and study Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming. He uses these skills to motivate clients and students alike to work towards creating a sustainable future rich in nature. Ian has lead thousands of interpretive eco walks, for University students and kindergarten children alike. He brings to each tour his enthusiasm, vast experience and knowledge of the environment. He recently designed an Outreach programme for the University of Oxford’s Botanic Gardens that he took to over 2,500 students, and ran workshops for educators on ‘Effective Environmental Education’. Now back in Australia he has founded True Nature Guides and spends his time taking eco-tours, writing and giving presentations.
